This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through More Printing Services, operated by Inspire Link Websites LLC (DBA More Printing Services), located in Orlando, Florida.
We stand behind every order with a 100% quality guarantee. If your order contains a production defect or was damaged during shipping, we will reprint or refund your order at no cost to you.

Custom Products Policy
All products sold by More Printing Services are custom-manufactured to order using artwork provided by the customer. Because each item is produced specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for reasons unrelated to production defects or shipping damage.
By submitting your artwork and placing an order, you confirm that your file is correct, your design is final, and you approve the order for production.
⚠️ We are unable to offer refunds or reprints for errors in the customer-submitted artwork, including typos, incorrect colors, wrong dimensions, or design mistakes — even if the file passed our review process.

What Qualifies for a Refund or Reprint
We will issue a full reprint or refund in the following situations:

Production defects — printing errors, color shifts, or quality issues caused by our production process

Shipping damage — order arrived physically damaged due to improper packaging or carrier handling

Wrong product received — incorrect size, stock, or finish was produced

Missing items — part of your order was not included in the shipment

Significant color deviation from the approved file not caused by RGB-to-CMYK conversion
To qualify: Claims must be submitted within 5 business days of the delivery date, with photos of the issue and your order number.

What Does Not Qualify
We are unable to offer refunds or reprints for the following:

Typos, grammatical errors, or design mistakes in the customer-submitted artwork

Color differences resulting from RGB-to-CMYK conversion (screen colors vary from printed colors)

Orders where the customer submitted a low-resolution file that was flagged during review but approved by the customer

Change of mind after production has begun

Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

Claims submitted more than 5 business days after the confirmed delivery date

Damage resulting from improper handling or storage after delivery

How to Request a Refund or Reprint

Include your order number in the subject line

Attach clear photos showing the defect or damage

Describe the issue in detail
Our team will review your claim and respond within 1–2 business days with a resolution — reprint or refund, depending on your preference and the nature of the issue.

Refund Timeline
Once a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Other payment methods: subject to provider processing times
You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed on our end.

Order Cancellations
Because all products are custom-manufactured, cancellations are only possible before production has begun.

If your file has not yet entered production, we will cancel your order and issue a full refund

If production has already begun, cancellation is not possible and no refund will be issued
