Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the More Printing Services website and the purchase of products and services offered by Inspire Link Websites LLC, doing business as More Printing Services ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), located in Orlando, Florida.

By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Section 2

Our Services

​

More Printing Services provides custom print-on-demand products including but not limited to business cards, postcards, flyers, brochures, banners, signs, stickers, roll labels, door hangers, and feather flags. All products are custom-manufactured to order based on artwork submitted by the customer.

We also offer optional design services. By purchasing a design service, you authorize our team to create artwork on your behalf based on the information and preferences you provide.

Section 3

Orders & Payment

​

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

• Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice

• Payment is collected in full at the time of purchase

• We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods available at checkout

• All transactions are processed securely through our payment providers

• Sales tax may be applied depending on your location and applicable laws

Section 4

Artwork & Customer Files

​

By submitting artwork or files to More Printing Services, you represent and warrant that:

​

• You own or have the legal right to use all elements in your submitted artwork

• Your artwork does not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights

• Your artwork does not contain prohibited, illegal, or offensive content (see Section 8)

• Your file meets our print specifications as described in our File Setup Guide

You retain full ownership of your submitted artwork. By submitting files, you grant More Printing Services a limited license to reproduce your artwork solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

​

We review all files before production but cannot be held responsible for errors in customer-submitted artwork, including typos, incorrect colors, or design mistakes. Final approval of the artwork is the customer's responsibility.

Section 5

Production & Delivery

​

All products are custom-manufactured after order placement and file approval. Production timelines begin after file approval, not at the time of purchase.

• Standard production and delivery: 4–6 business days from file approval

• We ship to the 48 contiguous United States only

• Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays or circumstances beyond our control

​

More Printing Services is not liable for delivery delays caused by third-party carriers once an order has shipped.

Section 6

Intellectual Property

​

All content on the More Printing Services website — including logos, graphics, text, product images, and page designs — is owned by or licensed to Inspire Link Websites LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content from our website without prior written permission from More Printing Services.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inspire Link Websites LLC and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a product or service purchased from us shall not exceed the amount paid for that specific order.

​

We are not responsible for losses resulting from customer-submitted artwork errors, carrier delays, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Prohibited Content

​

We reserve the right to refuse any order that contains content we determine, at our sole discretion, to be:

​

• Illegal under federal, state, or local law

• Defamatory, harassing, or threatening toward any individual or group

• Obscene, pornographic, or sexually explicit

• Hateful, discriminatory, or promoting violence

• Infringing upon the intellectual property rights of any third party

• Fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading

Orders containing prohibited content will be cancelled and refunded. Repeat violations may result in permanent account suspension.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

Section 10

Governing Law

​

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Orange County, Florida.
