Overview

This Shipping Policy describes how More Printing Services processes, produces, and ships your orders. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms described in this policy.

All products sold through More Printing Services are custom-manufactured to order. Because of this, production time is included in your total delivery estimate — orders are not shipped from pre-made inventory.

Section 2

Order Processing & Production Time

All orders require a file review and approval before production begins. Your production timeline starts on the business day your file is approved — not when you place your order.

⚠️ Important: If your file requires corrections or does not meet our print specifications, production will not begin until an approved file is received. This may extend your delivery timeframe.

  • Production begins after file approval, typically the same business day if approved before 12:00 PM ET.

  • Files submitted after 12:00 PM ET may begin production the following business day.

  • Standard production time is 4–6 business days total (production + shipping combined).

  • Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal US holidays.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated based on your order total at checkout. Free shipping is automatically applied to qualifying orders — no discount code required.

The exact amount will be shown before you complete your purchase.

Section 4

Estimated Delivery Timeframe

All orders are shipped via standard ground service. We do not offer expedited or overnight shipping at this time.

Standard Delivery: 4–6 business days from the date your file is approved. This includes both production time and transit time.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather events, high-volume periods (such as holidays), or issues with the submitted artwork file. More Printing Services is not liable for carrier delays once an order has shipped.

Section 5

Shipping Coverage Area

We currently ship to addresses within the 48 contiguous United States only.

We do not ship to the following at this time:

  • Alaska (AK)

  • Hawaii (HI)

  • Puerto Rico and other US territories

  • APO/FPO military addresses

  • International addresses outside the United States

PO Box delivery may not be available for all orders, as carrier selection is determined by our production partner based on order size and destination. We strongly recommend providing a physical street address to ensure successful delivery.

 

 

Section 6

Order Tracking

 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package in real time.

  • Tracking emails are sent to the email address provided at checkout.

  • Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after your order ships.

  • If you did not receive a tracking email, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting support.

Carrier selection is handled by our production partner. Common carriers include UPS and FedEx. The carrier assigned to your order will be identified in your tracking email.

Section 7

Address Accuracy

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. More Printing Services is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

⚠️ If a package is returned to us due to an undeliverable address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping. Please double-check your address before completing your order.

Address changes cannot be made after an order has entered production. If you need to update your shipping address before production begins, contact us immediately at support@moreprintingservices.com or call (407) 453-5381.

Section 8

Damaged or Defective Orders

We stand behind every order with a 100% quality guarantee. If your order arrives with a production defect or was damaged during shipping, we will reprint or refund your order at no charge.

To report a damaged or defective order:

  • Contact us within 5 business days of the delivery date.

  • Email support@moreprintingservices.com with your order number and photos of the damage or defect.

  • Our team will review your claim and respond within 1–2 business days.

Claims submitted after 5 business days of delivery may not qualify for a reprint or refund. More Printing Services is not responsible for damage resulting from improper handling, storage, or use of the product after delivery.
